They don't fix problems with your Kia vehicle but push reset so red lights go off. Then wait for warranty to expire. Not impressed. Maybe a new service manager or owner will step up and actually fix the cars. Will never buy another Kia from Cornwall.

No proper customer service. Need a warranty job done. Told them not to do any work not covered under warranty. Get there to pick up my car they didnt do the work I had brought it in for and also had 200$ bill for me. Not only that when we purchased the car there were so many hidden fees that I am now paying almost 20000$ more than the car was supposed to be after taxes. Alsoo they refuse to do any services that most dealerships do under warranty. I dont recommend ever buying a Kia but especially not from here. And unfortunately they own Nissan.

I have not been there in awhile , but today was necessary for there expertise , I may have to shell out big bucks , my SUV is 10 years old , electronics do fail , timing socks.

Ikea is the number one car I'm happy with our Kia r4tech it was the best purchase I ever did better than the chef trucks at least I know I'm going to be taken care of by a Kia with their warranty and everything else I would recommend anybody to go on by Ikea but not GM because they already let us down already three or four times already they're just nothing but a disappointment they don't back up there GM warranty they like giving you the song and dance to make you wait until your warranty is up before you have to pay for it out of your own pocket

A car buying experience worth writing down.  So, here it is:

I had an awesome experience purchasing my car from Uptown Kia courtesy of my salesperson, and the sales manager.  Smooth and seamless. We wasted no time in agreeing on the price and the car deal was done in a matter of a few clicks of a computer mouse and a couple of phone calls.  When I came to pick up my car I got the opportunity to meet the team in person and let me say that they were no less amazing in person than they were on the phone.

I was impressed with their cut-to-the-chase attitude.  I wanted to buy a car, they wanted to sell me a car, and this was a positive experience for me.  I didn’t have to spend countless time negotiating, going back and forth, and feel like I just spend half of an entire day trying to buy a car.

When I came to pick up the car, it was ready, documents were signed, and as far as a car buying experience goes, this was a very facile process.

I highly recommend Uptown Kia based on my new car buying experience.

The service department is almost as equally awesome.  I was impressed with the treats offered to the clients: coffee, tea, snacks, tv, and all gratis.  Impressed! They don’t nickel-and-dime for a cup of coffee, or a small snack while waiting for your ride to come out of the shop.  Again, a really warm welcome.  Yes, I have been dealerships where they charge you for a cup of coffee, and while everything costs money, I feel that now people are expecting more and seeking out their ideal experience.  This is a simple gesture that goes a long way and is appreciated.  After all, if it wasn’t noticed and appreciated I wouldn’t be writing about it. But I degrees.

My new car had a rattle that I noticed within the first week after delivery.  It was addressed immediately, and with no resistance from the service team.  Unfortunately, with the good sometimes there is a little bad, and while seeking out the rattle, pieces of the interior trim needed to be disassembled to narrow down the cause.  It was during this process that a few trim pieces had pry marks and scuffs or scratches relating to the disassembly of the dash.  The one big scratch on the passenger side was addressed by replacing the trim with the biggest of those. The rest are negligible, and I'm not about to nickel-and-dime for a scratch that I will never see or one so small that it will cost me more time fighting for it meanwhile looking at a huge rock chip I might get in my front bumper. Not an excuse, but worthy of mention and take note for both parties.

After two hybrids, I’m gearing up for a fully electric car in the next year and you bet I will call Uptown Kia during my shopping process.  Would I change anything from my last experience?  No.  I actually wouldn’t.  Will I take my car there for service?  Maybe.

I recently moved to cornwall, and was looking for a Kia dealership to look after my 18 Sportage.
I tried Uptown Kia for my service... I was very very pleasantly surprised with the service I received!
Not only did they take care of my car, they even washed it inside and out!! I never asked for the wash, but it was a very nice simple thing like that, that will keep me coming back!!

Not at all pleased with the 2018 kia soul, too many problems unsolved with the electronics and after 7 months of owning this vehicle I had to have it serviced 4 times including the breaks. The price for having my vehicle serviced was almost double compared to Hyundai, and 2 others and the service department was very rude and had no answers. I am very excited to trade this vehicle in. Hyundai has made me an excellent offer for trade in and excellent services.
