I have just purchased my fourth Kia and the car I just purchased is my second from Uptown Kia. My sales rep Lynn has once again gone above and beyond for me. He listened to my needs and put me in the perfect car. During delivery he took the time to set up my phone and explained all of the tech features that the car has. Building relationships is a very important aspect of customer service and Lynn has certainly achieved that in my case. Miranda in Finance also exceeded my expectations once again. There was an issue with my insurance (no fault of hers) and she was able to resolve it immediately. I have been bringing my vehicles to Uptown Kia for the past 8 years for service and have never once had an issue. The staff is very friendly and courteous and have always explained the repairs that they will be doing so there wouldn't be any 'surprises' when picking up my vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend Uptown Kia for a great all around experience.
